Biography

Andre Cowan is a well-known family and businessman with more than thirty years working experience in the airport industry, where he recently retired as the Duty Manager of the Airport Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. His training and experience extends from Law Enforcement all the way to Civil Aviation and Crisis Management, infused with qualifications in Airport Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Security Supervisory and Industrial Relations. Mr Cowan is very involved in the community and his determination, no-nonsense attitude and eye for quality, has ensured his success as a true businessman in Tobago.
